Use new `cligen/osUt.writeContAddrTempFile`; Update `nio query` syntax

Update dot-nimble dependency to a cligen providing writeContAddrTempFile.

nio q now matches rp much more closely but is also much reduced since there is no parsing involved, as it should be.
