• docs: README 拆分为默认英文 README.md + 中文 README-ZH.md，顶部互加语言切换链接。
• docs: 安装章节采用统一模板，补齐 npx @deepseek-ai/dsh plugin ... 方式，并新增「更新」章节。
• docs: 所有安装命令统一固定到 #v1.1.2。
• chore: 版本号 1.1.1 → 1.1.2。
