Added the ability to disable escaping. values (i.e. representing whitespace characters with \n, \r, \s, and \t)

This can be done per key, per category, or for the config as a whole.

This helps with using in conjunction with other parsers that may, themselves, handle character escaping.

Added the ability to re-evaluate shell expansions.

Removed methods for interacting directly with the default localisation. (e.g. name=... as opposed to name[en]=...) This functionality has been merged into the more general methods, and the default localisation can be interacted with by passing "" or the invariant culture as the locale.
