Host-side config added with support for custom sync directories. Fixed some bugs related to non-existent files.

Contemplating removing client mod/server mod destinction and just adding a syncDirs config to handle everything from the server-side, should simplify lots of the code. We'll see ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
