I've added a settings menu to the header bar (top right). It contains a toggle to switch from metric to imperial units, as well as an update checker, so there's no need anymore to download the apk manually.

The mocking method has been changed from mocking the individual mocking provider, to the FusedMockLocation mock API. The downside is, that the app won't run without Google Services. The upside is, that it can mock the location properly for apps that use the FusedMockLocation API, like DMD2 Next.

The Rocket speed setting has been changed to Custom speed, which will show an input box hat lets you enter values from 1 to 9999. Note that 9999mph is faster than 9999km/h :-)
