  • Fix executable path lookup: look it up in the user's PATH environment variable or the current working directory, as appropriate, rather than relying on systemd to resolve the path (which uses a hard-coded list of search paths rather than PATH). This brings runapp in line with systemd-run. This issue was reported in #1.
  • Fail early if the executable cannot be found.
  • --dir: Do not "lexically normalise" the path, which could result in an incorrect path if symlinks are involved.
  • The README now spells out that GCC 15 is a prerequisite (this also came up in #1).
