  • Add -c/--description option to specify the systemd Description= unit property (i.e. the "friendly name").
  • When run from Fuzzel 1.14.0 or later, the systemd Description= unit property defaults to the Name= entry of the .desktop file. This works via the DESKTOP_ENTRY_NAME environment variable that Fuzzel now passes. It is overridden by --description (see above).
  • The systemd unit name is now preferentially derived from the new DESKTOP_ENTRY_ID environment variable, if present. Fuzzel 1.14.0 introduces this as a preferred spelling of FUZZEL_DESKTOP_FILE_ID, which remains supported as a fallback.
