Patch release for Weixin iLink SDK alignment after v0.1.2.

Changes

• Weixin mode=ilink outbound bot sends now use github.com/lib-x/ilink v0.2.0 (Client.Send) instead of Nekode's hand-written send request.
• Weixin mode=official_account remains on the WeChat public-account HTTP callback/customer-service send path.
• Provider schema and IM docs now explicitly separate official_account from ilink.
• iLink QR ticket/status remains a narrow compatibility adapter because lib-x/ilink v0.2.0 still exposes QR login as StartLogin/Wait, not Nekode's persisted single-poll binding-session shape.
