v0.25.0 lands the Descent hierarchy stack: the full Louvain dendrogram via detect_community_levels, a .tesserae/hierarchy.json sidecar with live-cid cache pruning, lazy LLM materialization of community summaries, and a daemon SUMMARIZE op that pre-warms them within a per-tick LLM budget. On top of it, the new graph_map MCP tool provides structural navigation — agent:<key> distillate views, an org:root registry tree, and federated alias:: scopes with digest verification — while compile_context gains scope= and strategy='hierarchical'. Rounding out the release: a universal fit_to_budget helper for char and render budgets, MCP safety clamps (limit params, handle-based member ids, PPR hub taming), budget-admitted node_context edges, and refreshed agent-memory i18n docs.
