Android 4.1.2

Android 4.1.2 corrects the overly restrictive MP4 streaming eligibility check
from 4.1.1. Regular local and URL video uploads sent as Media now follow the
same container-layout rule as Telegram Desktop. Preview frames, dimensions,
duration, original bytes and filename captions are preserved. Existing uploads
retain their earlier metadata; upload a new copy to test this correction.

The native Android player has clearer action groups, consistent control
surfaces and touch targets, and improved layouts for narrow windows and larger
text. Playback menus use the player's dark theme. Shared playback controls and
settings dropdowns follow the same spacing and visual style throughout the app.
Playback, track selection, Picture-in-Picture, gestures and TV focus controls
retain their existing behavior.

File mode, protected uploads, account isolation, cancellation and transfer
limits keep their existing paths. This update does not convert video codecs.
Live Telegram streaming still depends on the receiver and the video's format.

Install this signed update over the existing app to retain local data, vault
keys and supporter activation. Do not uninstall first. The package, original
signing certificate, updater key, WebView origin and secure-storage identifiers
remain unchanged. Android 4.1.2 uses build code 4001003, newer than published
Android 4.1.1 (4001002).

Every feature remains available without payment. Existing $5 lifetime
supporters remain ad-free without another purchase.

This separate Android release publishes only the compiled universal APK.
Android source and verification artifacts remain local. Desktop 4.1.2 is
published separately.

Automated Telegram boundaries use controlled fixtures. Live streaming with the
reporter's actual video over 200 MB on an uncached Windows Telegram receiver,
physical-device/TV acceptance and active paid-license upgrade acceptance remain
separate from local emulator checks. TDENC2 remains a frozen-format beta with
independent cryptographic review pending.
