Please update to 1.21.4.

Context

I main on 1.21.4 and a lot of people do and it would let me keep up to date with latest bug fixes while using baritone

There is a fully working 1.21.4 branch and you can download CI builds (choose topmost entry from this list, download "Artifacts" at the bottom and unzip them. You must be logged and and the download expires after 90 days).

But when I saw it, the file had expired, so I simply forked the following and rebuilt it:

And I modified the actions configuration to allow for rebuilds at any time:
