Version 1: Minecraft's hostile mobs and Granny's family fight each other.

1. Download Granny-Minecraft-Passthrough-1.0.0.zip below and extract it.
2. Run Setup.bat (if you have an older version: extract over it or into a new folder and run Setup.bat again).
3. Run Play.bat, then start Minecraft from your launcher with the version Granny-Minecraft-Passthrough. Granny Legacy starts by itself. Steam must be running.

Changes since 0.2.0:

• Mobs vs Granny: hostile mobs you spawn with eggs (R) go for Granny and Grandpa as soon as they see them, before you, and hurt them with Minecraft damage (they stagger, get stunned and knocked down like when you hit them).
• Granny and Grandpa fight back: they run at the mobs they see, or that are after them, and hit them until they die. Then they go back to hunting you.
• Mobs walk the house: Minecraft's pathfinding now understands Granny's floors and walls, so mobs walk around the house, through doors and around walls, instead of standing still.
• Piglins and hoglins keep to Minecraft's own targets.

Settings: game\Granny Legacy\BepInEx\config\grannycraft.passthrough.cfg, section Combat: FightMobs (on/off), GrannyMobDamage, GrandpaMobDamage, MobSightBlocks.

Experimental. Creative inventory, Minecraft sneak, nether portal, and Minecraft no longer shows through Granny's house.

1. Download Granny-Minecraft-Passthrough-0.2.0.zip below and extract it.
2. Run Setup.bat (if you have 0.1.1: extract over it or into a new folder and run Setup.bat again).
3. Run Play.bat, then start Minecraft from your launcher with the version Granny-Minecraft-Passthrough. Granny Legacy starts by itself. Steam must be running.

Changes since 0.1.1:

• R: Minecraft's creative inventory over Granny, opening on the spawn eggs. The mouse drives it, you can type in the search tab. Steve stays in survival.
• Shift: sneak like Minecraft (slow, Steve crouches, you don't step off edges). C still crouches in Granny.
• Nether portal: obsidian is in the hotbar; build a frame and light it with flint and steel. Walking in turns the house around you into the Nether for 30 seconds (netherrack, nylium, magma, glowstone, plants, fire, spikes, ash, and a crowd of nether mobs), then everything goes back.
• Depth fix: Minecraft's blocks, mobs and items no longer show through the house or get cut when they are far away or you look up/down (Granny's depth was read upside down). F6 toggles it, F9 shows it.
• Smaller blocks by default (BlocksPerUnit 0.7).
• Fixes for the current Granny Legacy build (an error every frame in the fall handling, and a crash in the held item scan).

Settings: game\Granny Legacy\BepInEx\config\grannycraft.passthrough.cfg (NetherSeconds, NetherRadius, NetherTint, BlocksPerUnit, ...).

Experimental. Now works with the Minecraft launcher you already use.

1. Download Granny-Minecraft-Passthrough-0.1.1.zip below and extract it.
2. Run Setup.bat and choose:
   • 1 = your own launcher (recommended): adds the version Granny-Minecraft-Passthrough (Fabric 26.3) to your .minecraft. Its mods load only from the extracted folder, so your other versions and mods are untouched.
   • 2 = portable Prism Launcher inside the folder (sign in with your Microsoft account).
3. Run Play.bat, then start Minecraft from your launcher with that version. Granny Legacy starts by itself. Steam must be running.

Changes since 0.1.0:

• Option 1 (your own launcher).
• The mod's video settings are restored when Minecraft closes.
• New Uninstall.bat.

Experimental first release.

1. Download Granny-Minecraft-Passthrough-0.1.0.zip below and extract it.
2. Run Setup.bat: it copies your Granny Legacy into the folder and installs BepInEx, the plugin, a portable Prism Launcher, Java 25 and Minecraft 26.3 + Fabric. Everything stays inside the folder.
3. Run Play.bat. The first time, sign in to Prism with the Microsoft account that owns Minecraft Java Edition. Steam must be running.
