TOON Language:

  • The TOON language now supports IF/THEN/ELSE conditional execution blocks similar to common high level languages. All the branch and label logic is automatically generated. Nested conditional blocks to any level is supported. For example:

 wrdel delaymem, acc32            (delaymem) = acc32
 cpy_cc acc32, temp               acc32 = temp
 cpy_mc mr107, acc32              mr102 = acc32

  • New ALLPASSand CHORUS instructions simplify use of these FXCore double-instruction features.
  • Common math, shift, and logic symbols can now be used in place of FXCore mnemonics when performing FXCore 32-bit arithmetic functions.

Macro processor:

The macro processor now issues a warning when >80% of the FXCore maximum of 1024 opcodes is used.
The macro processor terminates with an error if the program contains >1024 opcodes. This will cause the assembly step to be skipped.
