⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

• net: venfork's git network ops to https://github.com ignore the user's git credential helpers and use only gh, so a working osxkeychain or store login no longer applies there; log in with gh (or set GH_TOKEN). doctor's transport check can now fail: an HTTPS origin while gh is not authenticated, or a scheduled mirror whose gh token lacks the workflow scope.
• sync,stage,pull,doctor: doctor --json output moves into the envelope (result.checks, result.links, result.healthy).
• cli: usage errors and bare venfork exit 2, not 1 or 0.
• cli: VENFORK_NONINTERACTIVE=1 no longer auto-confirms; it only disables prompts. A prompt that cannot be shown exits 2 (MissingInputError). Pass --yes to confirm.
• cli: stdout now carries only results: --version, help that was asked for, and doctor --json. Progress, spinners, prompts, warnings, errors, the human reports of doctor, schedule status, workflows status and preserve list, and git/gh subprocess output all go to stderr. When stderr is not a terminal, NO_COLOR is set or TERM is dumb, that output is plain lines prefixed info:, ok:, step:, done:, warn: or error:.
• deps: venfork needs Node.js 22 or later. The generated workflow changes, so each scheduled mirror's managed commit is rewritten once on its next sync.
