Release Highlights

This release includes several fixes and improvements to network configuration, HTTP compression, and appliance management.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • DHCP range configuration — Fixed a bug introduced in UF-2.6.1 that could cause DHCP range configurations to be handled incorrectly.

  • HTTP Compression — Fixed issues where:

    • The transfer could be closed while outstanding read data remained.
    • Data was not compressed when caching was enabled.

  • Manager Administration Web GUI — Fixed an issue preventing the appliance IP address from being modified when the appliance was installed as a Manager.

  • Other fixes — Applied several minor bug fixes and stability improvements.

🌐 Network Improvements

  • Host-routed /32 configurations — The external network interface now supports host-routed configurations using a 255.255.255.255 network mask with an off-link default gateway.
  • DHCP support — Added DHCP support for the external network interface.
  • PPPoE support — Added PPPoE support for the external network interface.

Summary

This release improves network interface configuration flexibility, HTTP compression behaviour, DHCP functionality, and appliance administration while addressing several existing bugs.
