🚀 New Features and Improvements

VLAN-tagged external interface: Added support for configuring the external network interface with an 802.1Q-tagged VLAN, primarily for PPPoE connectivity over VLAN-tagged ISP connections.
Explicit external connection: Added the ip external connect usage form to the ip command, allowing users to explicitly request an external connection when connectivity has not been properly initialized.
Improved boot-time configuration: Enhanced the OS to reconfigure all services and features dependent on the external interface IP address during boot when its dynamically assigned IP address has changed.

Bonded interface connectivity: Fixed an issue that could make the appliance unreachable in virtual machine environments after one interface in a bonded pair failed.
Static routes with VLANs: Fixed a static route configuration issue affecting the internal network interface when using an 802.1Q-tagged VLAN. This regression was introduced in UF-2.6.2.
VLAN mode and network masks: Fixed an issue where the apply command incorrectly reported error 258 (overlapping networks) when VLAN mode was enabled and the external network interface used a 255.255.255.255 network mask.
QoS reporting: Fixed an issue that prevented the QoS module from correctly displaying a report for the external network interface after switching its IP configuration from static to PPPoE.

BIND: Upgraded to version 9.20.29, including support for the new DNSSEC root key (key tag 38696).
