Mobile: the Bar design automatically falls back to the Floating card on phones (<640px); Calendar and overall spacing tightened for small screens.
Admin View settings: 'Enable appointment actions' (server-side kill switch — turn OFF at go-live) and 'Show client name & phone column' (off by default).

Fixed

Re-entering the API key on the connect screen no longer resets layout, analytics, source label or the admin toggles.
