Added

  • Booking Form setting — 'Ask for extended pet details': when enabled, the booking form adds optional Breed, Sex, Age (years) and Spayed/Neutered fields, still in a single screen. Age is stored in Vetspire as an estimated birth year. Default is off — the short form converts best.

Sites on 1.4.0+ get this via the built-in updater.
