Highlights

  • Records agy 1.1.22 release/source/distribution and bounded help evidence as an observation without activating it; the accepted agy baseline, model matrix, and inventory binding remain at 1.1.16.
  • Adds version-bound 1.1.22 account-inventory capture preparation and runner surfaces with synthetic positive/negative coverage. The single authorized account call failed, was not retried, and advanced no metadata or routing authority.
  • Advances the Codex observational baseline to 0.150.1 without making Codex a worker backend or granting agy model/dispatch authority.
  • Pins every actions/checkout use to the reviewed v6.0.2 commit with credentials disabled and exact-ref/full-history behavior preserved.
  • Rejects partial/promisor clones before provider dispatch, avoiding a consumed worker cycle on unsupported Git object state.
  • Streamlines development checks around one canonical stable-candidate gate, fixes nested updater coverage accounting, and removes scheduler-sensitive 10 ms assumptions from two test-only lease-boundary fixtures.
  • Aligns plugin/source metadata to v0.11.0 and corrects the immutable v0.10.0 package-history discrepancy without rewriting the historical tag.

Verification

  • PR #74 protected merge-ref test: success with head-range hygiene bound to 871d7299987ff77ba382b39211371028a51bb4a9 (run 33110439083).
  • Manual exact-head test: success on 871d7299987ff77ba382b39211371028a51bb4a9 (run 33111372507).
  • Squash-merged exact main: 7fe59599ef26773f9ab6537e1ecf31ec8ddc00b9; tree 2636a911dc3839c75bb29642e4e1b5862399b1d0.
  • Manual exact-main test: success for a433664c9bc0ef888fb5585e80f027febd8d9913..7fe59599ef26773f9ab6537e1ecf31ec8ddc00b9 (run 33115398617).
  • Canonical local offline gate: all 35 suites passed on the final candidate, including updater 325/325, packaging 390/390, doctor 257/257, dispatcher 334/334, remediation 89/89, 1.1.22 capture 45/30/58, and retained 1.1.16 activation 22/22.
  • git diff --check, focused packaging, ground-truth interface observation, and expected 1.1.22-versus-1.1.16 drift-review passed their documented contracts.
  • Separate fresh-context reviewers accepted the compatibility candidate and final release-scope wording; the AGENTS hierarchy audit remained A (97/100).

Known limitations

  • agy 1.1.22 is not an active compatibility baseline. The authorized account inventory attempt exited nonzero with no accepted inventory; raw stdout/stderr remain owner-private and the failure cause is not inferred from public evidence.
  • The release does not claim a provider backend, general model ranking, persona promotion, or reduced Codex allowance usage. Driver-side Codex usage observation remains tracked in issue #69; privacy-safe account-capture classification and CI timing/sharding remain tracked in #72 and #73.
  • P2-B/P2-C telemetry and pruning, signing, Windows parity, daemon/MCP, dashboard/cloud, multiple backends, and automatic model/routing/publication behavior remain deferred or rejected as documented.

Upgrade

After checking out this exact tag, run ./install.sh to refresh the global Codex skill bundle. The installer does not modify agy or Codex configuration.
