trycookcli v0.3.0

What's New

Improved Auth & Login Experience

• User info: trycook status now shows your name, email, role, and auth date
• Workspace name: Status and workspace commands show the workspace name, not the raw ID
• Workspace auto-detection: After trycook auth, workspaces are auto-fetched and the default is auto-selected
• trycook logout: New command to sign out and clear credentials
• Welcome message: Post-auth shows a friendly welcome with workspace info and next steps

Server-side

• /api/cli/auth now returns email and name from Clerk
• New /api/cli/me endpoint returns user info + workspace list for authenticated CLI users
