We’re excited to announce the first stable release of the archlinux-dev container! 🎉 This release provides a ready-to-use development container pre-configured with all the necessary packages and tools to kickstart your workflows.

Highlights:

  • Base Image: ArchLinux latest
  • AUR Support: yay pre-installed for easy AUR package management.
  • Pre-Installed Tools:
    • Development utilities: sudo, yq, git.
    • HashiCorp tools: consul, nomad, terraform, vault.
  • Dynamic AUR Support:
    • Automatically installs additional packages based on an external YAML configuration.

Usage:

Pull the Image

docker pull ghcr.io/caiodelgadonew/archlinux-devcontainer:v1.0.0

Run the Container

docker run -it ghcr.io/caiodelgadonew/archlinux-devcontainer:v1.0.0 /bin/bash
