Release v1.4.1

Limit exported location data to administrative level 1 as the most detailed data. Admin level 1 is the first level below a country, so it is often a state or province type of classification. HIPAA deidentification guidelines limit data beyond this level, so we are following suit with that standard as part of the deidentification of data from this plugin.
