we.ather v0.1 beta

First public beta. A small always-on-top widget for sharing low-resolution "work weather" with a trusted room while you work with AI tools.
To try it: download we.ather.zip below (not the auto-generated "Source code" archives), then follow the Self-Hosting guide in docs/ to start your own room. (Currently for macOS.)
