First release of dsh-prompt-armor.

Gives each model its own system prompt in DeepSeek Harness, through the
official ctx.systemPrompt.section() seam rather than by rewriting the
files inside @deepseek-ai/*.

• Per-model dispatch — a profile matches the current model id, the
  provider route, or provider/model; the most specific pattern wins.
• Plain-text rules under $DSH_HOME/prompt-armor — edit them in any
  editor and a running agent picks the change up on its next step.
• Settings panel — add, edit, enable and delete profiles from the
  harness UI.
• Live diagnostic — GET /system-prompt-armor/api/prompt returns the
  prompt the host actually assembles for the current agent.

Verified against the installed @deepseek-ai/dsh-system-prompt from the
desktop app.asar, and in a live host: the injected section leads a
31-section prompt with {{model}} and {{provider}} substituted.
