Wallet not open - NO SAVED SEED

Hello,

Everytime I open one of my wallet on the app, it always shows this error

Corrupted wallets seeds (if retrievable, empty otherwise):
Failed to fetch Novel Server seeds: Null check operator used on a null value

Why is that? It has not opened in a year even after all the updates.
Please help. I did not SAVE THE SEEDS. I know it was my fault, but all the other wallet on the app works.

@user99567 what wallet currency was that and did it just stop working randomly or when you for example tried to send a transaction

It was a btc wallet created August 2024. When I tried to send a transaction, it just kicked me out to the next wallet. When I tried going to same wallet again, I started getting the error codes. I have cleared up as much space possible. Still nothing. Please help.

No, restoring from the backup would not grant you access to this corrupted wallet. It would just recover your corrupted wallet on the new device, where you would still not have access to it.

Unfortunately, the only way to regain access to this corrupted wallet would be to restore the corrupted wallet from seed, but without the seed this wont be possible either.

My question now is how did my wallet get corrupted after an update? I waited for a year contacting support and they said they will help and help and help.

In the end, when I couldn't back up, they said it was because of my corrupted wallet. When I backed up successfully and imported to another device, they say they can't do anything without the seed.

I have tried downloading older versions from 2024 March and before. The back up files can't be uploaded there. I'm running out of ideas and need help. At least I want to understand why my wallet was corrupted.
