Seeds in Plugins do not shown in cake_seeds table as plugin seed

After executing seed in plugin, in table cake_seeds this seed has null in column plugin.

After fast research - reason for that is that in
src/Db/Adapter/AbstractAdapter.php
public function seedExecuted()

detection of plugin is by

   if (str_contains($className, '\\')) {
        $parts = explode('\\', $className);
        $appNamespace = Configure::read('App.namespace', 'App');
        if (count($parts) > 1 && $parts[0] !== $appNamespace) {
            $plugin = $parts[0];
        }
    }

but seed do not have any namespace

while debugging I found that in
$seed->getConfig()['plugin']
there is plugin name where my seed is located.
