Changed add-on name to LibMediaProvider.
Overhaul to support console machines.
Compatibility and support for EsoTH add-on.
Updated API version to 101046 (ESO 11.0.x : Seasons of the Worm Cult Part 1)

CJK characters no longer display in the predefined Western book fonts.
Predefined CJK book fonts are automatically replaced with ESOUI fallback font.
