What's Changed: Standalone CLI Installation

• feat: add standalone CLI installation system by @calchiwo in #247

ExplainThisRepo can now be installed through the standalone CLI installer:

curl -fsSL https://cli.explainthisrepo.com/install.sh | sh

The release pipeline now packages native binaries into deterministic CLI installer archives and publishes SHA256 checksums for verification.

Supported native targets include Linux, macOS, and Windows across x64 and ARM64 where supported by the release build matrix.

No Python, pip, Node.js, or npm installation is required for the standalone CLI installer.
