Minor bug fixes and tweaks.

Added

Import dialogs remember the last folder used. These now open to the folder you last imported a file from for that project, instead of resetting every time.

Fixed

Toolbar buttons no longer disappear on narrow or tiled windows. The project name and window controls now stay pinned and reachable at any window size; the toolbar buttons in between scroll horizontally instead of being pushed off-screen and clipped.
