VibeSnip 0.12.0

First tagged release on the self-hosted distribution channel — installable now via the attached zip, and the plugin now checks this repo's releases for updates from wp-admin (Dashboard → Updates), no wordpress.org listing required.

What's in 0.12.0:

• AI is opt-in and multi-provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or a gateway endpoint) — nothing is contacted until a key is set.
• AI Compose: plan → approve → build → save, always landing as an inactive draft.
• Full safety loop: syntax validation before activation, auto-deactivate on fatal (including fatals inside a snippet's own registered hooks), post-activation health-check with auto-rollback, revisions, an audit log, and a constant-only Safe Mode.
• Self-hosted update checker (new in this release): wp-admin now gets a normal one-click update instead of a manual re-download.

Install: download vibesnip-0.12.0.zip below, upload it via Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, and activate.
