v5.2.2: Community fixes and QoL updates

Hello community!

The v5.2.2 release brings the following fixes and contributions from our community:

• feat(ios): add swipeToSeek by @sterlingwes in #750,
  which fixes the long issue of Slider on iOS missing the default swipeToSeek.
• align the Slider Jest environment with Jest 30 by @huytdps13400 in #831
• fix: iOS honor RCTI18nUtil RTL on New Architecture by @kashmiry in #803,
  which fixes the issue of RTL on iOS not being applied or is applied in reversed manner
• iOS: negative min value and 0 as maximum value turns maximum to 1 (issue #780) fixed in #830 by @huytdps13400
