[Bug]: settings for time slot duration, earliest/latest visible time didn't work

Bug Description

The earliest and latest visible time is locked from 6 to 22 and changing it in the settings didn't work

Steps to Reproduce

1. open settings
2. change Start time and End time in Time settings
3. restart obsidian
4. noting happens
