fix(anime): contain long detail fields

Summary

• constrain anime detail titles, native titles, genres, tags, and description tokens to the panel width
• render metadata as two fixed-width columns and truncate long studio values safely
• truncate values before applying ANSI colors
• add color and no-color regression coverage asserting every detail row remains inside its border
