Response for a specifiedDate before line activation date

I would like to be sure to get it as I went thru several issue threads and not clear.

Very straightforward case:

• User A signed a contract with MNO A for the phone number '+123456789' on October 9, 2023, and is still using it.
• ASP make a /check with a specifiedDate set to Sept 1st,2023 (so before line activation date)

I understood that the API should answer 'true' - correct?

As you rightly pointed out, the current YAML is designed to return 'True'.
