Breaking changes

• phoneNumber in the swapped event data (EventSwappedData) is optional again, as it was in 0.3.0, and only included for subscriptions created with a two-legged access token. This reverts the requirement introduced in 0.4.0-rc.1, so event receivers can no longer rely on it, by @albertoramosmonagas in #305
