Added

• Added the cambrian arbitrum command group for Arbitrum One
  (chain_id=42161). It exposes the 29 operations the EVM OpenAPI advertises
  for Arbitrum across Uniswap/Sushi/Pancake/Clones pools, Aave/Euler/Morpho
  lending, token prices, token lists, DEX discovery, and TVL.
• Added cambrian schema chains, which reports every registered EVM chain and
  the resources the active schema supports for it.
• Added npm run check:chains and src/cli/evm-chain-audit.ts to audit EVM
  chain_id coverage against the live OpenAPI document deterministically.
• Added the add-evm-chain development skill documenting the deterministic
  procedure for adding a future chain.

Changed

• Generalized the EVM layer to a table-driven chain registry (EVM_CHAINS in
  src/cli/evm-chains.ts). Command dispatch, help, shell completion, OpenCLI,
  docs fallback, schema groups, and cambrian pay all derive from it, so
  adding a chain is one table row plus a metadata refresh.
• cambrian pay now offers a group for every advertised EVM chain, including
  ethereum and arbitrum.
• Refreshed the bundled OpenAPI registry. Alongside Arbitrum this also picked up
  two new Ethereum-only lending resources (lending-sky-vaults,
  lending-sparklend-pools) and widened the limit and offset bounds on
  paginated EVM resources.
