First public npm release for the canonical 47-check Whitehack CLI/API.

The attached tarball is byte-identical to the checked-in LOVE artifact and the verified public npm package. It includes the pure scanText core, bounded local traversal, closed/redactable whitehack-scan/v1 JSON, exact package schema, and a fail-closed redacted GitHub Action.

Whitehack remains a heuristic local scanner: it does not prove security or honesty, execute target code, connect wallets, or provide a hosted scanning service. The immutable whitehack-v0.7.0 LOVE/GitHub release records the unscoped npm-name rejection; no whitehack@0.7.0 package exists. The older v1.0.0 GitHub release also predates this npm line.
