Installing IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition

IntelliJ IDEA has two versions - the IDEA Ultimate and the IDEA community edition. The community edition is free and open-source while Ultimate is paid (it has more features geared towards corporate organizations).

To Install IntelliJ IDEA Community edition, follow these steps

1. Visit the IntelliJ IDEA download page at https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/download/
2. Scroll down to the page where it says, IntelliJ Community Edition

3. Click the download button to download the IntelliJ Installer
4. Follow the instructions on the Installer to install the IDE
5. If you need further assistance, check the Official How to Install IntelliJ Page or some external guide.
