RemindMe v1.1.0 - Tray Mode, Standardized Project Layout, Portable Build

Highlights

• Added system tray runtime mode:
  • Closing the main window now hides to tray instead of stopping reminders.
  • Timers and reminder popups continue running in the background.
• Fixed popup close behavior:
  • Closing reminder popup with window X now follows the same flow as clicking OK.
• Migrated repository to standardized template/workflow baseline:
  • New project layout (include/remindme/*.hpp, snake_case sources)
  • Project code now under namespace remindme
  • CMake presets and standardized VS Code tasks/launch config
  • CI workflow + repository policy docs
  • Convention checks and CMake conventions target

Build/Dev Improvements

• Added conventions gate:
  • scripts/check-conventions.ps1
  • CI now runs convention checks before build/test
