v1.8.0 — file menu trimmed.

The file right-click menu is now exactly: Open / File Explorer / Copy absolute path / Copy relative path. The VS Code row is gone.

Removing it also removed the desktop file-association query (session.workspacePathApplications), its per-path cache, the editor glyph and the asynchronous row insertion, so the menu renders synchronously.

Install: dsh plugin --profile add github:cannebergeee/dsh-session-folder (or the tgz below).
