v1.9.1 — Header icon alignment

  • The fork-tree panel's folder-close control now matches the host “Workspaces” header icons:
    8px right inset (the host's effective inset), 28px hit area, 16px glyph, same vertical centering and
    --dsw-radius-sm hover surface.
  • No behaviour change. This is a small visual patch on top of v1.9.0's fork-tree view.

Install: dsh plugin --profile <profile> add github:cannebergeee/dsh-session-folder#v1.9.1 and add
@dsh-external/dsh-session-folder to dsh.profile.bundles.
