v1.9.3 — Row actions + view-level drag hierarchy

• “Workspaces” entry hover is now plan A: a roomier pill (3px × 9px padding, 26px high, 8px radius) while staying a
  plugin overlay on top of the host label.
• Fork-tree rows now carry the host-style hover actions: … menu, archive, pin. The menu includes pin/unpin,
  fork, archive, copy Session ID, open in File Explorer, and “Restore real fork lineage”; right-clicking a row opens
  the same menu. Pin and archive call the host's public uiWorkspace methods; archiving a running Session asks to
  stop activity first.
• Drag to re-nest in the tree view: drop on a row to become its child, drop on a Workspace group header to
  become a root Session. Cycles and cross-Workspace drops are rejected; overrides persist locally.
• Limitation: the Host's parentSession in the Session header is read-only and has no mutation API, so drag changes
  the plugin tree's display hierarchy only; the real fork lineage is unchanged. No host source change.

Install: dsh plugin --profile <profile> add github:cannebergeee/dsh-session-folder#v1.9.3 and add
@dsh-external/dsh-session-folder to dsh.profile.bundles.
