v1.9.5 — Marquee menu fix + workspace context menu

• Fixed the tree row context menu intermittently closing while a long Session title was marquee-scrolling. Menus now
  ignore scroll events from the title cell, and right-clicking freezes the marquee before the menu opens.
• Tree Workspace group headers now support right-click → 在资源管理器中打开 (Open in File Explorer), matching
  the host Workspace row; the directory comes from the Workspace snapshot and opens via the same Host
  openWorkspacePath operation.
• No host source change.

Install: dsh plugin --profile <profile> add github:cannebergeee/dsh-session-folder#v1.9.5 and add
@dsh-external/dsh-session-folder to dsh.profile.bundles.
