v1.9.6 — Workspace group actions in the fork tree

Workspace group headers in the fork tree now carry the host Workspace row's two hover actions:
- … — rename workspace / delete workspace (delete asks for confirmation and calls the Host delete operation);
- ＋ — start a new Session in that Workspace via uiWorkspace.startSession.
The rename dialog is shared by Session and Workspace rows; both call the public Host rename services.
No host source change.
