What changed
Migrates the other 12 Splice mappings across seven pages/partials, including reusable KMS fragments and the network-variable source partial. The Splice legacy manifest is now empty.
Why
Every committed Splice source can be represented honestly as a complete immutable inline reference.
Validation
All 12 outputs were reproduced before removal; authored/generated drift checks, network-tab integration checks, and Mintlify validation pass in the completed stack.
