What changed
Migrates the two referenced Daml examples on the core-concepts page and removes one manifest/output entry that had no page consumer.
Why
Referenced examples now carry their complete immutable source in the authored page; the stale output no longer adds undiscoverable inventory.
Validation
Both migrated outputs were reproduced before removal, and generated-page drift checks pass.
This is a draft layer in native stack #1263.
