Refines the M5.5 design seed into an approved spec via the brainstorming flow. Decisions: SwiftTerm-only (libghostty deferred); resizable Activity-pane slot; read-only attach stays separate; terminal-session port returns an erased view so CapsuleUI never imports the engine; Domain stays free of UI/Process.
