A Windows video player for frame-by-frame review of FPS gameplay clips —
bidirectional frame stepping, a cursor-following magnifier, an audio-waveform
timeline, and 9:16 vertical clip export.

How to use

1. Download FPSRePlayer-v1.1.0-win64.zip below
2. Unzip the whole folder
3. Double-click FPSRePlayer.exe — no Python / no installation required

On first launch Windows SmartScreen may warn ("Windows protected your PC").
Click More info → Run anyway (the app is unsigned).

FPS RePlayer v1.1.0（日本語）

FPSの録画をコマ単位で前後に検証するためのWindows動画プレイヤー。
前後コマ送り・カーソル追従の虫めがね・音声波形タイムライン・9:16縦型書き出し対応。

使い方

1. 下の FPSRePlayer-v1.1.0-win64.zip をダウンロード
2. フォルダごと解凍
3. FPSRePlayer.exe をダブルクリック（Python・インストール不要）

初回はSmartScreen警告（「Windowsによって保護されました」）が出ることがあります。
「詳細情報」→「実行」 で起動できます（未署名のため）。
