解凍して FPSRePlayer.exe をダブルクリックで起動。Python不要。
※初回はSmartScreen警告→「詳細情報」→「実行」。

Unzip and double-click FPSRePlayer.exe to run. No Python or installation required.

Note: On first launch, Windows SmartScreen may warn ("Windows protected your PC"). Click "More info" → "Run anyway" to start it (the app is unsigned).
