v0.4.4 PIREP Additional Fields & Pre-Existing Flight Check Detection Fixes

This release aims to address two issues

• Issues where Disposable Extended Pack's Tours wouldn't detect the flight due to missing PIREP fields
• Disabling the active flight check, thereby removing the issue where flights couldn't be started in smartCARS 3.

Hotfix for Flight Center Crashing

Flight center crashes due to improper handling of the route. This will be resolved on a later update.

v0.4.0 Flight Management Overhaul Plus Fixes

This release changed how the PIREPs were looked up for flight tracking purposes. The flight center has been modified so that the flight-tracking plugin will send the PIREP id, instead of the Bid id, so that it should fully resolve any conflicts by looking up flights.

In addition, this release paves the way for Charters/Free Flights to be created.

Additionally, the Logbook has been "mostly" fixed, along with basic pilot statistics.
